The parents of Madeleine McCann are to meet with the Pope, the Telegraph reports.
Madeleine, had her fourth birthday shortly after she was abducted from her bedroom, while she was holidaying with her family in Portugal. A month since her disapearance and her Catholic parents remain prayerful and hopeful of her return, though at this point it would seem unlikely, if the lack of leads and evidence were anything to go by. I pray, as all do, that Madeleine’s parents will gain some comfort and peace of mind from their faith, and from their meeting with the Holy Father.
If you can assist the family’s continued endeavours to find their daughter – through prayer, thorough financial assistance etc – please do so. Visit the website entitled ‘Bring Madeleine Home’ to find out more about how you can help.
Lord, in your Mercy, hear our prayers for the McCann family.
