you put cheese in the dough – interesting.
I use dried yeast and hot water – and it’s a perfect crust too. Our pizzas are always quarter each of everything as we all prefer different toppings. The only thing that goes on all is the tomato paste pineapple and cheese. Hubby and I both like blue cheese and tomatoes, I don’t put meat on my part – DD wants ONLY pineapple and TS as much meat (but no blue cheese!) as I’ll allow
works well until we have a fifth guest for supper
