Welcome all who pass this way, may God’s blessing be upon you.Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.AmenIn the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit! ~ In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti !
How wonderful are those words. These are the words with which we bless ourselves and others, committ ourselves to the presence of the Lord, bring ourselves into His prescence.
The world is a busy place to live in, the pace of life is hurried and it is hard to find the time to devote to those that we love, so how do we find time to pray? Where is the time to reflect upon whether or not, we are living our live’s to the best of our ability ~ as fruitful and obedient citizens of the Lord?
Just as we would not neglect our spouse, our child, our parent, neither should we neglect the relationship that we have with Christ, our Saviour and Redeemer. More than ever, on those busiest and most stressful of day’s, the need to fall to our knees in prayer, is at it’s greatest.
Well worn, well used and yet always new and alive, the prayers of the Catholic Church, bring us ever closer to reverential adoration, praise and thanksgiving .
This site is intended as a place of encouragement, a prayer aid, a place of quiet to reflect upon Jesus Christ our Lord and the Ever Virgin Mary, the Mother of God.
