The future of Credo Christian E-Cards

As you know, last year I started my E-Card website Credo Christian E-Cards…well it’s been performing fairly well and it’s had thousands of hits, but I’m very limited with the site when it comes to things like website display (can’t alter it without paying a chunk of money to a web designer who specialises in that particular e-card format) , viewing statistics (can’t access them), having 100% assurance that it is accessible at all times (it’s not 100% reliable)…and it costs…. not that much, but enough to bother me when I get comments or emails to let me know that the site isn’t loading for them.

That’s just some of my problems with the site…but for the person using the site and sending my e-cards, the current site offers no flexibility whatsoever! This bothers me lots. When i use a sevice, even a free service, i want a lot out of it, i especially want choice. It bothers me that at the current site the text you write to accompany the e-cards is miniscule and that you can’t alter the appearance of it at all (neither can i actually…i have no control over that).

Now, some of you may recall that i had another e-card site before Credo Christian E-Cards….well, i have decided to give them another go because of the flexibility that the webhost offers. There will be lots of advantages for the sender of the e-cards using the new site …you will get notification when an e-card you have sent is picked up (it’s always a good thing to know that in my opinion), you can alter the colour and size of the text that accompanies your e-card (that adds both a practical and fun element), it’s also a more visually pleasing site that i can change the look of in an unlimited number of ways…(it’s important to me, i don’t know how important that is to you, but i expect it’s pretty important to you)….and in my opinion the new site will be easier to navigate (which is always a good thing)… on top of that, it even costs less than half the price of the other one I’ve been running (brilliant).

You can send e-cards from my new e-card site (it’s still called Credo Christian E-Cards) but I still have about 50 E-Cards to upload there so for the time being my other site is going to go on running alongside it (after all, I’ve paid for the month ahead anyway).

I’d really appreciate your feedback on the new site so please be sure to let me know what you think about it and try it out maybe… we all have someone we can send an e-card to don’t we? So give it a whirl and tell me what you think! It’s still is and will remain free for you to use.

Many thanks!
